I finally got John to add me to the blog so I can post on my own.  I also played around with the templates as you probably can tell.  Fun.

I liked this pic of Val making the rag dolls. They did lots of activities that pioneers would have done. One of the adult leaders in her group told me when they were at the "rock quarry" the boys complained that it was too hard, but Valerie hit her rock and got the biggest chunk off. She kept it of course. Becky helped serve the food. It was so good. We had dutch oven desserts that were so yummy. They made peach cobblers and one pineapple cobbler. Delicious

Valerie's school does a pioneer trek each year for the 4th graders. We made her skirt this week (in her favorite color of course). Becky got to go and help out. It was a ton of fun.

Scarlett got baptized on May 3rd. We were really glad that both sets of grandparents could be there as well as some aunts and uncles. We had a really good baptism program, and had a really fun and busy day. The kids had a great time playing with cousins this week.

We went to Sugarhouse Park for Yung and Drew's graduation party. It was kind of windy, but the kids had fun. They played at the pond feeding the ducks and played at the park. It was Scarlett's birthday also.

We went to a Chinese New Year party at our friends' ward. One of the highlights was a lion dance.

My wife saw President Hinckley's song that was performed at his funeral in the local newspaper. My monther-in-law was interested in getting a copy too, but we didn't know where it was available. I did some googling today and found it here.

Ella was in a puppet show at this month's Enrichment meeting.

Okay, it's fixed. I guess it was a css/template-related issue.

Something's going on here. Looking into it.
